sieve
The base material is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates from Wuhan Iron and Steel and Panzhihua Iron and Steel. The plates are precisely sheared and punched with high density. The process includes gas nitrogen heat treatment, heat preservation tempering and rust prevention treatment. The opening rate is 30%-40% for plates with diameters of 2.0mm and below, and 40%-48% for plates with diameters above 2.0mm. The finished products undergo strict quality inspection to ensure quality.
Hammer
Employing a spray welding process, these hammers boast an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The surface is sprayed with tungsten carbide, achieving a hardness exceeding HRC60, significantly improving wear resistance and extending service life by 3-5 times compared to conventional processes. The hammer blades are made of high-quality tungsten carbide alloy, ensuring quality and allowing for customization upon request; a complete range of models are available. Carbonitriding, quenching, and tempering treatments alter the internal metallographic structure, achieving a hardness of HRC58-HRC62 in the quenched zone. Surface rust prevention treatment ensures that the hardness of the non-quenched zone around the mounting holes is ≤HRC32. All hammer blades are shipped with counterweights, and the total weight error for each shaft (or group) is strictly controlled within 5g to guarantee dynamic balance during use.
