Granulator ring die
Strict material selection: Special high-chromium stainless steel is used, resulting in minimal variation in die hole diameter and high ring die output.
Professional hole layout: CNC software programming automatically lays out holes to ensure a reasonable opening ratio and strength.
Drilling process: High-speed, low-feed CNC multi-axis gun drills are used for machining, achieving a surface finish of Ra value of 1.6 or higher for the die holes. The ring die produces smooth material output, high hourly output, and good feed quality.
Vacuum heat treatment: Dedicated vertical large-diameter vacuum furnace, equipped with a high-precision computer temperature and control system. The die holes are free from oxidation, have minimal deformation, and exhibit uniform hardness.
pressure roller
Using 40Cr or 42CrMo as the base material, the precision forged blank undergoes a series of processes including normalizing, turning, gear hobbing, carbonitriding, heat preservation and tempering, precision grinding of the inner circle, and rust prevention treatment. The hardness of the quenching zone is HRC58-HRC62. The process is meticulous, and the finished products undergo strict quality inspection.
A variety of optimized tooth surface designs are available for users to choose from: herringbone tooth type, honeycomb round hole type, hole and straight tooth combination type, large spiral helical tooth type, ordinary straight tooth type, and through tooth type.
High-precision concentric grinding ensures precise fit between the inner circle of the pressure roller and the user's bearing, as well as the coaxiality requirements of the inner and outer circles of the pressure roller.
Eccentric shaft
Made of 40Cr steel, strictly following process requirements, the product undergoes rough machining, followed by heat treatment to HRC30-35, semi-finish turning and finish turning, and finally grinding to ensure product quality. The surface is treated with rust prevention and strictly inspected according to tolerances.
Pressure roller assembly
It consists of pressure rollers, eccentric shafts, inner and outer ash covers, elastic retaining rings for holes, spacers, and bearings. The bearings are either domestically produced or imported. Each part is strictly designed and calculated, and all components are made of high-quality materials. The finished products undergo strict quality inspection to ensure product quality.
