Process Flow

The exhaust gas is first catalytically oxidized with ozone and then introduced into the spray system by an induced draft fan.
Then it enters the spray box for initial absorption and deodorization, and the exhaust gas is initially cooled.
The waste gas then enters the spray absorption tower for secondary absorption and deodorization, and is further cooled.
Finally, the gas enters the spray absorption tower for three absorption and deodorization processes. After purification, the exhaust gas passes through the demister at the top of the tower and is discharged in compliance with standards.
The water absorbed by the spray is periodically treated biologically at a reclaimed water treatment plant and then reused.
