On May 15, 2025, the efficiency of the Hefei Tongwei Ruizhi 180 ultrafine pulverizer was tested and accepted. It pulverized crayfish feed with a fineness of 80 mesh and 95% fineness. The maximum capacity can reach 7.5 tons. Compared with the same power model on the market, under the same formula and working conditions, the hourly capacity is increased by 2 tons and the efficiency is increased by 35.7%.
On May 30, 2024, the efficiency of the Zhuhai Hailong Ruizhi 180 ultrafine pulverizer was tested and accepted. It was used to pulverize raw fish feed with a fineness of 80 mesh and 95% fineness. The maximum capacity can reach 12.27 tons. Compared with the same power model on the market, under the same formula and working conditions, the hourly capacity is increased by 1.87 tons and the efficiency is increased by 19.4%.
From May 22nd to May 26th, 2023, the efficiency of the Tianmen Batiao Ruizhi 180 ultrafine pulverizer was tested and accepted. It pulverized crayfish material with 95% passing through 80 mesh, with an hourly capacity of 7.6 tons. Compared with the same power model on the market, under the same formula and working conditions, the hourly capacity increased by 2 tons, the efficiency increased by 35.7%, and the power consumption per ton decreased by about 16 kWh. The capacity reached the contractual agreement, and the project passed the acceptance.
